Uh, Ulagam, Isaac did not invent the light bulb.
Isaac Newton invented the calculus to drive students crazy, and the Fig Bars (now called Fig Newtons), for easy snacks.
So Isaac contributed both Newtons to society.
The light bulb was invented by George Westinghouse and his friend Nick Tesla because they were both afraid of the dark, and because they were competing against Edison to invent the electric company.
But that is another long and difficult story.

Isaac newton. Not with Calculus, the laws of physics, or his work in optics, but with the invention of the cat door.

The former. But, I have quarrel about him. His invention i.e. the electric bulbs, have done a disservice to the humanity. It has virtually driven out darkness from the face of earth. We do not know the virtues of darkness. The mystery surrounding darkness, all the stories about ghosts, devils, demons, angels etc are all lost to humanity.
