I am a very shy man toward the person i like only. i am interested in a woman in my company but from different department. i do not know how to approach her. just do not know how to start the conversation with her. i have noticed that she at time will look at me. physically we r sitting quite close to each other but it seem to be a distance away mentally.... help!!!

i n my boyfriend seems 2 be drifting apart.when i ask him he keep deny it n say i am just thinking too much.i have a list of his changes.
1.he used 2 msg me morning msg everyday.
2.he msg me when he reach home
3.we used 2 meet at least 5 days a week,now is only 5hrs max
4.he is full of surprises
5.he will text at least 8 msg a day.
6.he like 2 call me dear,honey but now is only u
7.he never leave me out for any his friend gathering
this is some of his changes.But when come to family event,he is still the same guy.in front of my n his parents i will got the same usual treatment.i juz wonder if he is realli busy in work place but he got time to reply his message at friendster.but he haven't a min 2 text me.i'm really sad everytime i look at my hp.thats once time he ans me when i question him y the changes,his ans abt saving money for the wedding which is in the a yr time.he also say that he will feel useless n unwanted if i dun open up to him abt my problem but now he isnt ard...

How long is a 100,000 word manuscript, translated into a novel? What is the average words per page, so I can get a rough idea of where I would be at if I was writing a book? I know pages and words don't matter in the end; if you have said what you want to say, but I would still like to know.

i think that the death penalty should be brought back in the uk for very serious crimes only e.g serial rapists and murders and for child sex crimes. - why should the criminals have the protection of the human rights act when they thought nothing about their victims human rights!!

i think that the prisons in the uk should be less like hotels and focus more on punishment. if it were up to me i would strip every single prison cell of gyms, playstations etc. the moment they actually break the law is the moment their human rights end.

I have been married before with three teenage kids and divorced. We love each other very much and are very happy. His job has now taken him to a big city and he flies back and forth, 3 days there and then back for the rest of the week. Now his boss is hinting that he wants him up there permanently. We live in a beautiful small town by the sea, 100 metres from the beach and I have lived here for 20 years. Two of my teenage children live here though not with me. I hate the idea of moving to a worse place, a big city where we know no-one and there is lots of crime. Am I being silly or should I put my foot down and say I don't want to go? He could get demoted by not moving or we would have to live in separate places. What should I do?
