Scenario:

Had sex with a certain guy once. 2 years on I only snog him and never, ever do more. i like him lots but tend to blow hot and cold on him he says he likes me too but we aint together. i dont understand why he still talks to me is it because

a - he thinks one day i will give into him and have sex
b - he likes me but does not want to get hurt by me
c - he justs wants me on standby if its this why?
d - something else and if so what

help me understand this and dont say why not talk to him because i have tried that....

I'm in the military and most of my colleagues average a 7:00 minute mile run pace. I only average a 9 min mile, sometimes faster, sometimes slower. When I'm in the civilian world, I feel pretty good about my running. When I'm around other soldiers, I feel terrible.

I'd like to know: overall, is a 9 min mile pace good, bad or decent?

I have had this problem in my upper left chest area and down near my armpit area, and down my left arm, never on the right. Sometimes I get this weird feeling where it feels like my heart stopped but then I can feel it again with a deep beat in my chest. Also, I am having pains in my upper shoulders and neck. My girlfriend says I shouldn't worry, but yet I do because I feel that something is not normal. I do admit I have a tendency to be a hypocondriac, but I really feel that it is not me thinking its there, I really feel something is wrong. Any Ideas of what might be happening to me?

dose anyone know of an excercise which i could do to strengthen the muscles in the front of my neck.Iam having trouble with the vertebe at the top of my neck ,Partly because the muscles in the back of my neck are quite strong and its causing the vertebe to press together.
