Different people are turned on by different things, actions or services. What makes them so? Is it something hereditary or acquired via experience or culture? How and why?

I don't know how hereditary would come to play on this.
Experience and culture and you left one out, our modern society today. Our social behavior that has been accepting more and more lewdness as time has been advancing. If one looks through a kaleidoscope of the years it's getting to be more lewd as time progresses. We're experiencing something the former generations didn't have.
I don't think we're ready for all this, the younger generations are coming out of the closets before they're mature enough to know what's going on. We're finding more and more STD's at younger ages, more drinking, drugs, etc.
I think the stimulating effect from the previous generation sets the next generation and so on, rekindling the next as we go. Where it's going to end ?
We're starting to send babies out on the streets with no idea what's going to happen, as a social blunder, we're getting them back broken because they don't know how to hanle it.
