It is not important whether from lower or upper side. The reason you're asking is maybe because you want to add a few centi to you short penis. But size doesn't matter. What is more important is you as a person. Lesbians without it can make their partners happy. So stop worrying.

why compare the length or worry about what you have? if you want the answer to be longer, use the lower side.
