If you go to dr they will give you Diflucan , one pill, stronger than over the counter. Drink Cranberry juice everyday to prevent. put yogurt on your vulva.

Either as a cream you can apply, but now I understand there are tablets you can take that have good effect. Talk with your pharmacist or doctor.
