Hair fall can be caused by many different things such as stress, diet, hormones, aging, etc.

Life changes you can make on your own:
-Sleep on a regular schedule, be in bed by 10pm.
-Use non-abrasive hair products are also helpful.
I've listed the shampoo products that have helped my hair.
-I would suggest seeing an acupuncturist to see if there is an underlying issue to your hair falling out. It could be caused by blood deficiency or many other possibilities.

I posted some information below from Dr. Weil that you might find helpful.

Craving a full head of hair? by Dr. Weil

It is not unusual for women to experience hair loss as they age, especially when menopausal changes come into play. Thinning hair (also known as female pattern baldness) can be due to the effects of hair-care treatments, dyes, and styling; the habit of twisting or pulling your hair; or even thyroid disease. Diet may also play a role. To maintain healthy hair and help prevent further loss, try these two simple changes:

1. Make sure you're getting enough omega-3 fatty acids. Eat wild Alaskan salmon, sardines, herring or mackerel two or three times a week, or sprinkle two tablespoons of freshly ground flaxseeds per day on cereal or salads. You can also supplement with a high-quality fish oil.

2. Supplement your diet with GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) in the form of black currant oil or evening primrose oil. Take 500 mg of either twice a day for six to eight weeks to see if it helps.

Hair growth has cycles----where hair grows and sheds. This occurs at different times according to the life cycle of the hair follicle. So it is inevitable that you lose some hair on a daily basis. This is natural. Dermatologists I have trained under say that if on a daily basis you lose more than 50 strands of hair, this may be excessive. So you first must identify if it is normal loss or abnormal loss. For normal loss there is nothing really you can do about it. For abnormal loss, must identify cause, whether it is from one specific area (Such as ringworm of scalp, alopecia etc) or from all over, whether the scalp is normal or not, medications, stress, hormonal etc. Treat the cause,

Stop these common mistakes:--
Washing hair on a daily basis.
Leaving shampoo and conditioner in your hair.
Not trimming your hair every 6 weeks.
Rubbing your hair vigorously with a towel.
Blow-drying hair until completely dry.
Not using products recommended for your hair type
Thinking the latest fashion hair cut will suit you.

Winter hair care tips:-
Wear a scarf, hat or cap to protect ur hair from the cold n wind.
Use a conditioner daily.
Once u hve ur hair moist, lock in the moisture by running ur hair through cold water, this will also give ur hair an extra shine.
Don't go outside with ur hair wet, u risk breakage; ur hair will freeze if it's cold enough outside n may break.
Limit ur use of blow dryers n curling irons. If u need to use them, make sure to use a leave-in conditioner before using the item on ur hair.
Avoid taking hot showers or washing ur hair in hot water, use warm or cool water instead, the heat can dry out and/or damage ur hair and skin.

Are you asking how to stop your hair from falling out? Take flax seed. 3 month and your hair will stop falling out. Your elbow will look good and so will your nails. Now if you don't want to take flax seed. You can get Omega 3's, it might take a little longer but it will work. Eat fish. Salmon. You might as well take a Multi Vita while you are at it. You are probably not very healthy. My daughter has trouble with her hair and she makes smoothies with the flax seed, tofu, soy milk and berrys. Yak! I don't like it. But she drinks that every day. Her hair stopped falling out.

,its not simple as you think first of all see to that your using a good shampoo and then conditioning them, remember one thing after shampooing towel dry your hair and then condition you hair as on washed hair condition drips offs, wash your hair twice a week, try not living your hair most of the time as your hair is week and if you have long hair tie a plate and then go to sleep in the night apply hot oil one hour before shampooing,
secondly hair fall occurs due to lack of protein diet too, so increase your protein diet have lots of paneer dishes, Dal's and legumes, if your a non-veg eater have fish at-least twice a week.
maintained your hair time to time and you"ll see the change your self
