You are a Libran.
You may have different ascending signs and moons signs, but you are definitely not a cusp.

Cusp refers to certain dates and times within the astrological calendar, where there is a crossover between 2 signs. This occurs when the sun sign changes from one to the next. This varies each year and only happens for a short amopunt of time.
For example, the people that are born on the cusp in October are born between Oct 21 and 23. My boyfriend was born on October 23, 1972. According to the astrological calendar, he is a scorpio but only by 4 hours. If he was born 4 hours earlier, he would have been a Libra.
HOWEVER - the cusp doesn't really exist in that you could be part scorpio and part libra . You either are or aren't one or the other. This doesn't mean that you couldn't take on characteristics of each sign though.

You were born too early to be considered a "cusp sign."
However, since you do have a Libra sun, there could be a possibility since you're a few days away from when sun signs switch that the planets could have moved onto Scorpio, giving you more Scorpio-like qualities instead of Libra. You would have to go to www.astro.com and make a birth chart to find that out.
But you are definately not a cusp. Sorry! :(
