They used to say a comet was an omen of evil. And right after a comet
passed the Earth, the Black Death hit Europe.
Some scientists think AIDS entered our atmosphere when the Earth passed through a comets tail. And just like it only hit Europe the one time, it only
hit Africa and some Islands this time.
Before you start laughing "scientists"! Remember, science thinks all life was
brought here by comets!

I believe in letting people run their own lives and learn at their own pace in their own way, but how long should you give your spouse to realize recognize and attempt to solve a known problem in the relationship, before you declare a times-up! and throw his butt out the door? What if he refuses to even acknowledge there's a problem. I'm told I'm dreaming if I wonder if he's growing apart from me, and this does nothing to assauge my fears that he doesn't love me anymore. It's always something that gets ignored and never fixed and I get more unsure everyday, and very unhappy as well. I need to know one way or another.

Nation branding has become almost a fashion these days, as opposed to being a conviction as it has always been! Marketers and PR firms are increasingly advising and urging national governments, particularly of developing nations, to embark on nation branding projects, spending millions of dollars. Many have done so. Yet, the rate of success is very very low! Why? Aren’t these gurus simply seeking jobs for themselves, and therefore the fashion-trend, itself, is heading towards failure? Shouldn't nation branding be a silent, but demonstrable culture, instead of being made an obvious orchestrated commercial venture?

he texts me when hes out in town and i do the same. i havent slept with him.

he normally texts me if i text him either way, to say whether he is out or not.

i text him last nite asking him if he was out and if he wanted to meet up but he didnt text me back. he has done this a few times before.

my brother is older then i am..im 17 in high school and he's past college. however, whenever im in my room he always checks up on me for some reason. THerefore, i tried this test. I pretended to sleep on my bed when he came in, but then he checked my blinking and eveyrhing. Well, let's see. I lost my job a couple of months ago, haven't found work yet and I am looking every single day. My family is 1200 miles away, and I live alone with no friends. Money is extremely tight, and if I don't find a job very soon, I will be homeless. I am thankful that I don't have children having to deal with this situation, that would be horrible...but it's bad enough. I used to make a very nice living and always splurged on my family and always sponsored a family at Christmas, and I enjoyed that. Christmas has always been my favorite time of the year...but this year I am depressed to the point getting out of bed is often a big accomplishment. I have cried so much my eyes hurt, and I try to not feel sorry for myself because I am thankful for my health and I am fortunate. What would you do if this happened to you at Christmas and how would you handle it? I am not looking for handouts, as they would be refused....just looking for some words of encouragement
