my nokia 6600 is infected by virus. and shows the logo "MATRIX HAS YOU commWarrior inside". & there is a file named "jqjs0a5g.sis" in the folder "Cgcl5ahjcm8" in my c drive of mobile. i tried to download anti virus softwares but they disappears after few seconds. i have formatted my phone also. can anybody has the solution. plz..

just went to the nokia help center they hav some antiviruses which are more powerful then wht u hav downloaded they format ur phone and then it will be alright nokia 6600 has more cases of this type of diffculty

i dont think that the phone has virus but the file u r talking about may be currupted and to solve this u need to conect your mobile to a computer and then go to that file and delete it from the phone it will become fine

Usually reformatting the phone should fix the problem. Try deleting the folder before reformatting.. however if you are still having problems I suggest you take it to the nearest store.

Also, you can try restoring your phone to its original settings .

download and install symantec security for your cell...changing sim card wont help..the softaware i mentioned flushes all de viruses from ya cell once you run a scan....i have one on my cell ..and till date it has saved my cell from tonnes of attacks..

you should buy a antivirus mobile or just download the software..
use f-secure antivirus..
