YEeeeeeeeeeee haw! southerner,.. we yankees rule,. with our talkin picture boxes and magic movie frisbees...

now to the questioner,...

are you having problems fitting movies on dvds or something? You need a program like DVD shrink or a mirror program which by pases the programs that DVD's manufacturers put in the DVD's to tell computers that they are 7Gigs plus or whatever and won't fit on DVDs and such

update:

Music and DVD files are different. Music can go on DVD's or CD's DVD movies (esp if you want to use them as DVD's in a player or computer etc) have to be copied as video files. Like I said before, most movies have things in them to make the file size appear too big to fit on a standard 4.7gig DVD

What you need is a program that can either burn a direct backup (ignores size, just cares about the image) or a program that reduces the files size, like DVD shrink. Burning a direct image is easy if you have any program that does that, you simply, save the image and then burn it to a disc. with DVD shrink, it disects the disk, then lets you save the video files to a folder, then you need something like Nero or a compatable program that can read the files and make the back up copy for you.

you can create a MP3 DVD that can play for hours depending on the size of the individual MP3s. You must have have MP3 compatible DVD video player and of course you can play the MP3 DVD on your computer also with the right software. You will be presented with a Menu to play the MP3s individually or by folder on a DVD video player. Good luck!

DVD can be used for Digital Video or for file storage, 120min is the estimated size of a video that long.
