Did u see the news? Modern Education Lecture..Did u see the bigoted religious people who made the women and men seperate to sit and started a campaign for canceling İstiklal Marşı and And in the schools! I couldn't believe this..They crabed Kemalizm during the lecture and complained about Laiklik subject in religion lessons! How can it be? My eyes were really full of tears because of my anger to them..

What do you think of this? Comments please..

I have had a terrible ten years and this week i cannot fit any more problems or worries or concern into my head. im constanley sweating and my memory is awful. ive always been a very strong person but this time if feel i have no control. there is a deep sadess in me. im suffering from stress. but how do i stop my self absorbing any more than i can cope with. im burnt out. and ive taken time out and gone away for the weekend but nothing is helping. i cant go on like this. my head will explode.

I adopted this cat from a shelter. I was assured he was litter trained. He is a 3yr old tabby. I have another 3yr old tabby male and a 1 1/2 yr old tabby girl. I have had both of them their whole lives. The new cat is attacking my cats very viciously. My 3 yr old has some bald spots that Im sure came from the new cat. I was told this new cat was a stray and they werent sure quite how long. The kicker is he SH*T every where last night. In the tub, on the white carpet, in some shoes, on the couch and bed. I have 2 litter boxes. One on the 1st floor and one in the basement. I think he's a doll to me but that is about it. I honestly think he needs to be in a house with no other pets. Any advice

Personally, I'm on the side of preserving our founding principles of SEPERATION OF CHURCH AND STATE and Religious Freedom. So I guess in this area, I am a Liberal. Thomas Paine, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, and our other founding fathers worked hard to ensure that every citezin would feel welcome in the United States, regardless of religion. The fact that our government was hijacked by Christianity during the second Great Awakening doesn't change that history. Now, however, atheists, Deists, Muslims, and to a lesser degree, Jews, Buddists, Christian minority sects (often called "cults") often feel unwelcome in this country because of their religion (or in the case of Atheists and some Deists, lack of religion). This points to the fact that the Evangelical and Fundamentalist Christians are winning.

So, which side are you on?

My son is having the worst time with math. We have repeatedly asked for help and finally have got an intervention (sigh) meeting with district mojo workers. But I feel better trying to get him to understand it at home. i'm sure they will suggest a totally un- helpful IEP. He does average to above in all other subjects and is otherwise fine. Has friends, participates in sports and band. He just can't grasp math. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

I remember seeing these cats on Good Morning America a couple years ago that appeared to be about the size of a small to medium dog (approx 15-18" at the shoulder). They had dog-like attitudes, were absolutely huge, and still looked, both color and proportions, like a common house cat. Close to 30-40 lb cats. Can anyone help me with this?? They said they were a fairly new breed to the U.S. at the time and kittens ran $1500-2000. Does anyone know what this breed is??

I've got a problem with my laptop...my CD-ROM isn't working..it just reads DVDs not CDs...so when my windows crashed I have no idea how to reinstall windows...bootable cd won't work and I have no idea how to get into DOS because the laptop doesn't have a floppy...any suggestions?

Society has gone mad.
A man dare not look or smile at a child, lest he gets branded a perv or a pedophile.
Yet for some reason, society does not feel the same way about women.
This is deeply unfair as there are just as many documented cases of women abusing children, as there are men.
Why do we allow this injustice to continue?

I can't speak for the rest of the world, but according to the U.S. Census Bureau the Christian population in the United States has fallen from 88.3% in 1990 to 79.8% in 2001... also the number of athiests/agnostics has risen from 8.4% to 15% in the same time frame. Where are you people getting your information? Sunday school?
