Did u see the news? Modern Education Lecture..Did u see the bigoted religious people who made the women and men seperate to sit and started a campaign for canceling İstiklal Marşı and And in the schools! I couldn't believe this..They crabed Kemalizm during the lecture and complained about Laiklik subject in religion lessons! How can it be? My eyes were really full of tears because of my anger to them..
What do you think of this? Comments please..

Yes Irmak, unfortunately its normal with these stupid people in Türkiye.
Do not forget the famous words of Aziz Nesin; "60% of the Türks are stupid". I dont agree with him. 60% is not true, it must be 80% or more!!!
I can not understand the people who deny Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK.

Well, let's concentrate on the positives... Apparently, they are going to make religion lessons completely voluntary in schools now - hopefully that's a step to pushing religion completely out of schools and into Ä°mam Hatips where it belongs. Along with allowing people to keep the 'religion' part of their IDs blank, it's a major step for people who want to raise their children secular in Turkey.
As for the extremists you're talking about, well it's a much bigger problem but all modern secularists can do is stand united and say 'we won't let fundamentalists take away what makes our country great'.
As for taking the Ä°stiklal MarÅı away, they can shout all they want but that will _never_ happen. The more foolish these people behave, the more that normal people will recognise them as a threat and will stop taking them seriously.

there were people like those ppl, there r ppl like those ppl, there ll be ppl like those ppl like all countries in the world, my opinion they r part of some political games.
but i see different point. maybe we think they r wrong, they r idiot some fundamentalist poor ppl but, they use democracy. what we do? nothing just see and talking yes they use democracy for their rights they r working, symposiums, books etc. if we complain somethings. we must have solutions and we have to work for our rights. there r laws, there r rules our rules, our laws if they do something and if we dont do. sorry but they r not stupid we r stupid at least if we say Kemalizm we have to learn what real Kemalizm is
