There's nothing wrong with taking a day off from thinking about things. Focus on the small details of the day and leave all the big worries until "tomorrow." This time try to have a different long break and relax your mind and soul, try some simple mind exercises, games that would take your mind off the things that are worrying you out. Tick off each task in the tables of the list that you have prepared just as when you have completed them. You would feel a huge burden being lift off as you have been responsible for it.
