or very often have periods of depression,
I have friend he is gay ,he is a nice guy but he seems depress sometimes. I just don' know if is him, or in general gay people have a hard time to find happines.

I'm about 7-8 weeks along, we do not have health insurance yet because we are moving out of state at the end of Dec. This is our 3rd pregnancy and my Rh-factor is - is it safe to wait untill my 3rd month to be seen by a Dr. for the first time for this pregnancy?

I have an appointment with the dentist tommorrow but my jaws been really bad, i have to go for fillings and will be there for nearly an hour do you think it'll be alright to go or should i cancel as it hurts when i open my mouth wide.

By straight-up jazz I mean jazz a la Coltrane and Miles - though obviously they wouldn't be as good. Or even less brass-centric artists like Jimmy Smith and Grant Green.

I know about Yesterdays New Quintet/Madlib/J. Rawls, but I'm thinking more of brass.

I apologise if this is a stupid question to jazz fans, but I've only been into jazz for two years, y'know what it's like when you listen to listen to A's record, find that B played on it, listen to B's record, find that C played on both, listen to C's record, find that C had D, E and Z playing on that one...and now you're skint.

i have been having stress problems for a while now and my dad has me talking pain killers to relieve the stress and to calm my down from anxiety and dizziness. the pain killers are hydrocrodone and i take it before i go to bed. i dont sleep because it makes my feel a lil bit hyper and my dad still wants me to take them. tell me if this is hurting my body becuase i havent tookin it yesterday and i feel funny.

How did that pop idol band beat the most hotly awaited album of the year to the number 1 spot? Cant we ban teenage girls from buying cd's? Its a travesty. I'm not sure whether to blame the schoolchildren of britain, westlife themselves, or their producers, but somebody must pay.
(Before all the teenagers scream blue murder, I know westlife weren't in pop idol - but only cos they weren't good enough)

Me and my fiance are having a bit of trouble. We are having a baby boy in February and can't seem to find the right name for him. We both fell in love with the name Jaylen, but every time we tell someone his name, they shake their head! He has not been in any trouble, but 6 months ago she threw him out saying her new husband didn't want him there.

We are just family friends, but he is still living with us and sleeping on the sofa. This is not an ideal situation, but we don't know what to do. He just wants to go home.

Could she be prosecuted? If so under what law?

I have already tried CAB, and they are still looking into it.

Any practical advice would be welcome

people always call me a Tomboy and I'm kinda shy about wearing make up...so I was wondering if you could give me some tips about wearing make up and what kind is the best to use and what not to use. I saw the movie BoonDock Saints with my husband. I have actually seen it many times. I know that I have felt that way before. It is not fair that so many criminals walk free. The question this movie brought up though is this. Is there such thing as justifiable homicide. I feel that there is so does my husband but our friends thought they were just as bad as the people they were killing. I disagree. In times of knights and kings this would have been known as justice.

I have sprouted an Avocado tree from seed in water. It is about 17 inches tall with six leaves on top and lots of buds on the stem.
I want to transplant it into soil and I need to know if I should prune it before or after I do that? Also wondering how much I should take off?

I've been with my fiance' for just about 2 years. In the beginning, she cheated on me twice, and then some other things happend with a couple other people that some would constitue as cheating. But I dont know. One of our good friends moved here from Fl. and she and I ended up taking innocent flirting, way too far. We ended up kissing and holding hands and talking about a relationship together; all the while I am still with my fiance'. My fiance' knows everything now, and I've been given the chance to make it up to her, but so far haven't put in that much effort. And I do love her, and Im in love with her; But the "what if's" and "maybe's" get the best of me more often than not. What do I do? I love my fiance', and I told her that part of me wants to work it out, but the other part doesn't. I don't want to break her heart... I love her - I just don't have any idea where to start with all this... Someone Help?
