i'm turning 14 soon ( 25 Nov) I'm 39kg and i'm 1.51m. Is this healthy? Mum is concerned and is trying to fatten me up but I can't seem to gain weight. What should I do?

They say to be eligible, you have to be at least 100 pounds over weight. So, for health reasons I've decided to play their little game and go ahead and gain the weight so I can get it. But its going to take a while because I have the entire 100 pounds to go.
