i'm turning 14 soon ( 25 Nov) I'm 39kg and i'm 1.51m. Is this healthy? Mum is concerned and is trying to fatten me up but I can't seem to gain weight. What should I do?

you are fine
dont worry you are only 14!
stressing yourself could prevent the growth
:)
just eat and exercise regularly and focus at school.
unless you are planning to be a brood mare for the state or planning on plowing the fields for a living or being an able bodied seaman just stay focussed on your school.
enjoy your life.
one of the most gorgeous women i knew in my life didnt even begin to look like a woman until she was 20.

Look, if there are healthy thoughts you will have healthy friends. If you have healthy friends you will have healthy thoughts. One follows the another. If someone says words of warmth then my heart (my emotional mind) feels good, but my mind says something somewhere is wrong because no one can say words of warmth to people like me. Its not my problem but I don't display my character, so theres hardly anyone who comes to know much about me. And those who know will prefer silence or a small smile to make me feel good. :)

I would go to your doctor and have your thyroid checked. It could be a little hyper and he can give you some medication to slow it down. It might just be puberty, some teens have an extra fast metabolism because of growing and hormones. Good Luck.

Ask your doctor. He is the best judge of this, since he knows about your physical condition.
