it may sound hard but the only thing and the best advice i was given by my best friend when we were younger is to relax and let it happen naturally.
then you will be letting nature take its course. this sounds impossible. just try it.

I believe this I did not know this until I was 30.
Even now I am not the best of kissers.
As for this girl you know at work, if you know she also likes you, you can kiss her. But do not do this mechanically. Do it when you find her in a good mood. Also there are girls who do not like being kissed in public. So keep this in mind.
First you kiss her, do not kiss her on the lips. Just kiss on the cheek. Then you will know how receptive she is going to be when you kiss her on the lips.
So, from cheek you go to lips.
From lips you go to tongue. Then you will find more things to do with this girl depending on how receptive she is at each stage.

oWell the only advice I can offer is when your opporunity to kiss this girl is presented , stay relaxed and remember to ease into her lips gently and let your mind drift go with the moment and let it flow the energy between the two of you and kissing will come naturally. Just a couple of things to know: Don't be forcefull or to rough,you don't want to be full of drool and slober all over her face and if and when you choose the tongue action please don't shove it down her throat, let her guide you with her lips/mouth if you begin to be nervous just follow and as you relax and feel more comfy then you begin to show some control.But I would let the mirror have some time off! The best thing is not to worry about kissing to much- most importantly if you like her you should ask her out and get to know her first anyway. She will then respect you more . Believe me kissing someone you know well. love and trust is easier and nicer too! When you do get that far just be gentle and don't thrust your tounge down her throat or eat smelly foods beforehand and you'll be fine. Good luck!

You've been watching 40 year old virgin haven't you? Grow up already and just kiss her! People are always a bit nervous when they first kiss but you've just got to do it. Maybe have a drink (if you drink that is) to calm you nerves. And be gentle!!
