Do you mean "jealous"? You can only be jealous of what you yourself have and want to hold on to. The word you want is envy.
I suppose it's possible that some women with short hair are envious of women with long hair. But if that's the case, then the solution is simply: the women can simply grow their own hair long.

If they did they wouldn't cut their hair. Goes either way. Some guys like short haired girls, some like long haired girls. Some girls like long haired guys and vice versa. Personally I think the more hair the better--hair, hair everywhere...

No, not at all! I normally wear my hair chin to shoulder length, and don't grow it any longer than that - or else it makes my face look too long. Everyone is different, and everyone prefers different hair lengths. No jealousy involved!

Why would I be jealous of long hair? I look awful in it. Thats like saying are you jealous of other people because they are white/black/asian/hispanic/ german/iraqai/romanian/english/etcetc
Who has time for that? Just be happy with what God gave you. You are unique!

I doubt it. If they chose to have their hair cut short, as they didn't want long hair, why would they be jealous? That would seem a little dumb..............................
