Am not sure. But a purebred from a quality breeder is likely to be at least several hundred dollars plus. For show quality it's likely to start a lot higher.
Unless you have the money stashed somewhere, LOL you might consider a Yorkie Rescue/Adoption Shelter. You likely won't get a lil puppy from there, but they'll have purebred Yorkies who need good homes. The following link is a good site for finding a Yorkie in your area.

The prices for yorkies or for any pure breed dog can have a very wide range. I got my yorkie for in the $800 range. They can be found both cheaper and more expensive. The real key is to a) decide how much you are willing to actually pay, and b) to find a good quality breeder that has solid refrences to buy from. I have purchased dogs both direct from breeders as well as from pet shops and you can do well either way, though I prefer to go direct with the breeder whenever possible.

Be prepared to pay $1000 for male Yorkshire's and $1200 for females for pets only.
If you would like to breed or show your Yorkshire, be prepared to pay $1400 for males and $1600 for females.
If you do not have that kind of money, look around www.google.com and search for Yorkshire rescue shelters in or around your area. They will be MUCH cheaper than buying a puppy from a breeder.

I would encourage you to check at your local animal shelter or www.petfinder.com. There are some wonderful pets waiting to be adopted into loving homes. There are times you can find pure-bred dogs. Please consider this option in your search. You could save a life.
