Should I be responsible to pay for myself if we go out to eat? Or they take me to an entertainment place?!

My 12 yr old daughter was pushed, so she pushed the girl back then spit on her. The "assulted" girl said my daughter kicked her many times. A few days later a boy confessed to being the one who kicked the assulted girl --- the women cop was there when he confessed. The women cop said my daughter still needs to take the YAP program.
Why does she still need to take this program if she wasn't the one who was kicking this girl, and the girl pushed my daughter first? Both girls are 12 years old, and we live in Pa.

Curerntly I am holding the degree of B.A in Arts.My age is 31 years.I am working with a multinational organization as Executive Secretary.I have been engaged to my cousin in Saudia but they are not financially secure.After my marriage I will have to go to Saudia leaving behind my career and everything.

Here I see I need to study further because my fiance is not educated and just matric and if I study further I could get a better job in Saudia and could render my services to hold my home and children.

What do you think should I study further or just leave it to God.I am thinking to do Executive MBA.What shold I prefer either Marriage or my Education.If I study further it would require two more years to get a degeree and then my age will be 34 when I will get married.Is this age good enough to have children.

when you pay your mortgage for the house that you purchased , the mony thet you pay for your mortgage will be deduct from your income tax and you dont pay tax on that money but how could you do the same thin for the money that you pay for the apartment that you rented?

My opinion Mike Turico is ok, but gees Joe Theismann seems all he wants to do is argue and keep repeating himself over and over...Does he like listening to himself talk...Geeessss.

And the other guy, whatever his name is, reminds me of Dennis Miller from ABC when he did MNF, didn't know a darn thing about football, but kept on a talking...sort of like this other dude on ESPN.

Okay my situation is a bit complicated. I am an AuPair here in the USA, my Visa has expired, but I am allowed to stay a second year, I can travel in the USA, but not to mexico, canada. I want to visit London in November for who can you see on my picture. And please stupid answere are not supporting me, such as why do you want to go for him. So I do have a special writting, that I am allowed to stay a second year in the USA. Where can I get information about the rules from visa. What is the book about wolves in England which are becoming extinct because of a hunter is killing them all??The hunter in the story doesn't have a name, but is referred to as the man in the yellow rain coat or something like that. my cousin held a girl, his mother and aunt hostage and stabbed the girl a couple of times and then took her to a hotel room where she finally got help when he left. she had a punctured lung but was out of the hospital within a few days. aunt had called the cops and when they showed up at the house his mother said nothing was going on, so my cousins trial was supposed to have been today but he went ahead a took a plea bargain of 45 yrs. isn't that a little much for that, i have heard of murderers getting out in less time, he will be elgible for parole in 23 yrs. this is his 2nd offense on this but this one was a little more severe, he served out his full sentence on the other one, they only gave him 2 years.

my question is this, y did they go to the extreme of 45 yrs for this?
and they are charging my aunt (his mother) with the same charges because she tried to protect him and didn't get that girl help so will she be looking at around the same sentence or will they go easier on her

We dated about a month, we instant messaged each other almost every day and spoke on the phone a few times, but mostly talked on instant messenger. He moved away last Friday and has emailed me 2 times since then. Am I overreacting? Maybe I should give it time. I want to make a dish for Thanksgiving, but my family didn't seem polite and said I'm too busy, I'm not that busy that I can't stop and make a pie. Ok we dated and slept together 15 years ago and then recently started something up again. I have always had a crush on him. I mean a major crush and now that we have been together alot of times he started this thing this weekend that there is no we and he wants no relationship, I am so bummed. Can anyone help? I think it is like that book he is just not that inot me but I am hoping for a different outcome I thought it was fate that I would see him again but instead it is a disaster. he want so to be friends only (with sex) and nothing else and I am not this way when I sleep with someone I like commitment. I so wish it was different what can I do to save it I do not want to loose him again? I will never have him back. I am not desparate but he means alot to me as a friend and a relationship.
