Okay, so I read the James Frey thing and was nonplussed, but aside from "I'll Cry Tomorrow" and "Whiskey's Children" I'm not too familiar with other accounts, fictional or nonfictional, of addiction and recovery. Any ideas welcome.

I have a question about my father. He treats me badly. He was never a good Christian role model. I know he loves me but he curses at me a lot and is verbally abusive to my mother and I. The other night, my girlfriend and I were at his house holding hands on the couch. I know this story sounds childish and stupid.. My girlfriend said something about the F- word being in the dictionary. I whispered in her ear and she playfully slapped me on the arm. I do not remember what I said, but it was not anything bad. We were just flirting with each other. My dad saw me and thought I had said the F-word to my girlfriend. My girlfriend is 19 and I am 22. He gave me a horrible dirty look and continued to glare at me for the rest of the night. I was mortified. My girlfriend was meeting my dad for the first time and she saw his looks and asked me later why he was so mad at me. When I told her, she was shocked, because I had not said anything wrong to her, my dad just thought I had.

ok say, i'm not sure i am pregnant. but i'm just really really scared. and my mom is going to take me to the doctor to get normal blood tests because i've been really sick lately and she is also getting a pregnancy test. and i did not get my period yet. but say it was positive at the doctors. do they tell my mom right away? or what happens??????

So he cant fix the computer if it broke, the game computer died how can i find out whats wrong, it won't start up, it freezes at the startup page (where the progress bar is). I have looked at regi-fix with no problems it was fine, I have de-fragged every drive except for 1 because it doesnt have enough free space.
So if anyone has any suggestions as to how to fix it feel free to leave an answer for me, all answers will be gratefully excepted.

i think my live rock is dieing because there spots thast are turning white and i was wanting to know if there was any way to reveive it or if it is really dieing. the reason i think it is dieing because i used ich treatment and i didnt have enough salt to to make a bucket to put the live rock in and i had already used the treatment b4 i read that it might kill of the live rock. the live rock was only in the treated water for like 12 hours but that might of been to long

The tree is about 15 feet tall and I have noticed an abundance of fruit on it every year. The lemon is small (about 1.5" in diameter) and is not smooth and waxy, but kind of fuzzy. I had no idea lemon trees could grow in the ground like this in Oklahoma, it is a beautiful tree.
