So I do have a special writting, that I am allowed to stay a second year in the USA. Where can I get information about the rules from visa. I believ you can only stay a second year if your employer is still willing to sponsor you. SO you need to enlist the support of the family that brought you here. If you do not want to stay with them, why haven't you contacted the AuPair organization that brought you here? They should be the one refiling your paperwork. If your visa has expired and you stay for 180 days after that, then you are her ILLEGALLY and can be deported. And will not be able to enter again legally for the next 10 years, so for now, put MJ asidde and concentrate in making yourself legal again. The law may allow you to stay an extra year, but if you do not file in time, then you can find yourself in a world of trouble before you know it!!

There's no point in asking people on Internet to give you their opinions. You need facts, and you need very precise facts. Go to the immigration office and find out exactly what the rules are. You may be pleasantly surprised, or you may be bitterly disappointed, but at least you will know exactly what is and is not allowed.

No-you would be an Au Pair in France not here.

French, on even terms
: a usually young foreign person who cares for children and does domestic work for a family in return for room and board and the opportunity to learn the family's language

Here your a Babysitter or Nanny or Maid.

Sorry to offend but someone hired MJ to watch their kids-Home Alone. Maybe this is Trick or Treat, Scary Night.

The other post gave you where to look.
