how do u deal with collegues, who are rasict, parochial ans sexist?
and how do u deal with neighbours who r the same?
i find a there is a breed of people who insist on fraternising with you and trying to grab ur attention. they can't stand it if u r nice to other people and not to them. u've come across similar people?? what do u do??

a blonde a Burnett and a red head are in a swimming contest the ref tells them they can only use the breast stroke and its one lap around the closet island well they jump in the water at the BANG 20 mins later the red head and Burnett cross the finish line neck and neck well a good 10 hours later the blonde come in completely out of breath. the ref asks her what took her so long her reply is "because the other girls cheated!"
the ref ask "We how did they cheat? did they use a diffrent stroke?"
the blonde says now catching her breath "Yeah thats what they did!"
"which one did they use?" says the refree confused
then the blonde says
"idk but what ever it was they used there arms and you said we could only stroke with our breast!"
i love that joke its not ur every day blonde joke

I am having back ache from more than six months.I have been to the ortho.doc. Did all tests,viz..mri,xray,urine,blood tests everything is normal.Doc says nothing is wrong with me as the tests are normal.But i still have back pain,dont know what to do. Physiotheraphy gave me temporary relief.Scared to do exercises.Any good suggestions will be worth my life.

as time goes on...I personally believe b/c more and more males are becoming either gay or "meterosexual" (another word for gay, in the closet IMO). I mean they are wearing these "skinny" jeans MADE FOR GUYS (thats the gayest and most amazing part), its becoming more acceptable to come out and be this way. Also the fact that throughout time we have become weaker as a whole, just emotionally and physically, we have become more liberal and more "caring", which leads to less testosterone IMO. Anyone else agree? If not, whats ur reasoning behind this find?

My partner and I have been together for 12 years, have 3 beautiful boys and have decided to get married. Majority of guests also have children so I would like them to feel welcome to bring their children.
