When They Say Its Good For You They Mean That Out Of All The Oils Its The Best To Use. It Doesnt Contain Any Miracle Ingredients. Just Lower In MonoUnSat And The Other Good Fats And Very Low In Sat Fat.....

There is no difference between extra virgin and virgin except for the price. Extra virgin costs more. Why, I don't know. They are both the same except extra virigin sounds fancier.
