but he says he thinks of me all day and misses if we don't talk, he says he is very confused? So I told him I would leave him alone to decide what he want to do, he says he can't stop thinking of me and misses me.So today we talked and he was like what is wrong,(and as much as it hurts) I told him it was over and his response was okay then I will let you go,bye.(we were on the phone.) Y the mixed messages from him? I am very sad...

I am soooo proud of you!!! It was hard to do, but you did the right thing. It wasn't fair to you that he couldn't make up his mind, and if you hadn't ended it, he probably would never have made a decision and would have continued to bounce back and forth between the two of you. WAY TO STICK UP FOR YOURSELF! That showed some serious self esteem. Now don't cave! Be strong and you'll see that this is all for the best.

The children will bond him and his ex forever. He'll have to deal with her for the rest of his life because they are both his and hers. He may also be trying to think about what is in the best interest of his children. Your best bet is to force him to decide what it is he wants.

He probably knows he should focus on his children, and get back with their mom if possible...I'm sure it hurts, but at least he's a decent guy.
