The solder resist ( which is usually green in color ) seems to have eroded due to sparking. did that cause the short ciruit? do I rejoin the burnt edges?

I live on base and dont want to offend or hurt feelings or get my husband in trouble but i have these two bumper stickers I am dying to put on my car.

1. Blind Faith in Bad Leadership is Not Patriotic
and
2.The Rapture is not an exit strategy.

*I am not looking for comments on your opinion of the bumper stickers just whether they are offensive or to much to have on a car that is on a military post.

...just heard that the parents of the wee bairns who died in Corfu will be '...talked to, by the police' when they fully come to their senses in hospital. It is in my nature to destroy myself yet the process by which I do this is the only way I feel comfortable in life. It goes like this: I work very, very hard for what I want and then when I get it I don't want it. So why do I strive for everything that I want so dearly in life but then deny it when it's offered? It's like, all I want is the offer not the prize. It's like if I get the prize then the game is over with. I then have no fight anymore and will destroy the prize, set myself up for distruction, or just run away from it, I suppose so I can look for another fight. I guess to sum it up: I love to strive my hardest for success but I absolutely must not like success or i'd accept it when it presents itself. Why do I do this?

I bought the Q321 this summer (love it, awesome TV) and have found that DirectTV does not have any codes available to allow the DVR remote to control the TV power/volume functions. Really frustrated having two remotes, anyone know a code that works? The DVR is the r20 I think.
