Yes there is but real Filipino men do not raise the issue of paternity. It is the Filipino women who have the guts to say " that is not yours.".

You can find one on line from the USA. Send for the kit, swab the inside of babies cheek, send it back to the lab. They do the rest.
Just type in," Home Paternity Test." See where it takes you.
