Ok ...I need to see who u are and how your mind works. First, eat kids lunches?? And now riding bikes without wheels...hahahahahahahahaha.....anyway, I don't think that's against the law, but I don't see how you would move unless you putting that baby on poles and riding that way...good luck wif that one.

Why don't you put wheels on your helmet, strap it to your bottom, and scoot along that way. You've got on your helmet.That should make you legal.
