I have pendants and earings that normally sell if bought from Chanel at about 400.00 - 900.00. Chanel makes theres with crystals. I have custom designed (looks exactly like the chanel ones). Mine have real diamonds. My question is can I sell them if I do not associate them with Chanel. Not using the work Chanel - just simply call them CC Logo earrings/pendants. Is that legal?

I'm sure there are probably trademark issues but I thought this was America. My product is better and they are custom made! I don't see a problem if I do not associate them with Chanel. What do you think?

Last night if you watched game 2 of the World Series, Fox gave a good shot of Kenny Rogers' thumb. Rogers claims it was "dirt". I am not a Cardinal fan, but I don't think it was dirt. It looked like a thick sticky substance to me. What do you think?

I particularly like vindaloo curry, mulligatawny, and paneer naan. But I live in an out-of-the-way place and can't go to Indian restaurants very often. Where can I find good recpies for this sort of food?

Obviously, if you have links for good recipes that would be ideal. I especially prefer recipes that have ingredients you can get at a good-quality grocery story.

My son will be 9 months old november 3rd and i have been having a problem with his dad and over-feeding him. He basically feeds him whenever he wants a bottle. I keep telling his daddy that he is not a newborn, he does not need to eat like that, he is going to become fat. It's in one ear and out the other. He took him one day last week, i feed the baby at 10 a.m. and then he left with the baby...I told his daddy not to feed him for another 4 hours, if he cries...put up with it, like i do all week long. He said o.k. he and the baby came home again at 12:30 p.m. so he could "saw" for a piece for work...I went into the diaper bag and saw a bottle almost empty which means he fed him again in a 2 and a half hour period. I was so angry..It's coming between our relationship. It's driving me crazy that he feeds him like that. Now i know why, the baby screams a lot when he is with me cuz he wants to eat again after only 2 hours. what can i do to make his daddy stop over feeding him?

The post office offers a flat rate shipping for up to 70lbs that cost $8.10. I read that they offer a broke up stamp at $4.05 for the shipping. Does that mean I can send two packages as one so I don't get charged twice for the flat rate shipping?

The first plant grew in my flowerbed this spring. It is a creeper of some sort and it took over my porch railing. The frost has killed it before the flowers were able to seed out.

it is sang by a young guy possibly in a band im not sure, i would class it similar to james blunt kind of music, it has the words like a shooting star in the chorus, other words include and when i see.

it also sounds like there are violins in the background

it came out only a year or two ago and is not dance or heavy rock music

OK...heres the deal...Me & my boyfriend have been together for 5 months now & i have been living with him for 2 months....he drives me crazy because he gets mad over such little things & we fight & argue just about EVERYDAY!!! I love him to death but i just dont know what i should do...& he has a cell phone & is on the same contract as his ex-girlfriend who lives 300 miles away...should i be worried about them getting back together or not? i have caught him talking to other girls before... but he swears that he wont do it ever again....should i believe him or not?? im so confused...I try my hardest to get along with him...but the harder i try...the more he doesnt care...I have tried to leave him a couple of times but he WONT let me leave!!
please someone tell me what you think i should do.....
