I have pendants and earings that normally sell if bought from Chanel at about 400.00 - 900.00. Chanel makes theres with crystals. I have custom designed (looks exactly like the chanel ones). Mine have real diamonds. My question is can I sell them if I do not associate them with Chanel. Not using the work Chanel - just simply call them CC Logo earrings/pendants. Is that legal?

I'm sure there are probably trademark issues but I thought this was America. My product is better and they are custom made! I don't see a problem if I do not associate them with Chanel. What do you think?

You should write to Chanel for clearance to do so, you don't want to be sued if they find out.

Since the jewelry looks exaclty like Chanel, it is trademark infringement. You will be sued.
