I am getting married 07/07/07 and want to lose roughly 20 pounds. I am eating healthier and walking daily, but I was wondering if anyone has any tips to drop some weight. Please be specific as in a certain diet, or diet pill that helped you lose weight. I prefer one where I dont have to pay to be a member, but if it worked for you really well I would love to know. Thanks so much

I have noticed lately that guys will flock to the 'needy girl'. The girls who are depressed and are always down.

I have a sixteen year old son and he has skipped 4 classes so far and is not turning in work. He has been grounded for three weeks and is not allowed to hang out with his friends during this time as they skipped with him. None of them are grounded and we are new to the area so I have not even met most of them. I also told him in the future he is not allowed to hang out with people unless I get an introduction. I know he struggles in some of his classes and I know there is tutoring through the school. I am on my way to a parents/teachers conference later today. Any ideas how I can make him see the light of how important it is to have a good education? He is a great kid and needs to follow through.

I am only 8 weeks along and all my skirts and pants are too tight. I can still wear them but I am really uncomfortable. I am completely round and have no waist anymore. I am 5'2 and started out at 110 and now weigh 114.

Most developed countries, as well as the USA, have a real need of workers unskilled and otherwise to support the economy and perhaps more importantly to raise taxes and pay the pensions of the retiring populace.

We are not making enough children, and thus, we do actually need foreign workers. It doesn't take much out of the economy- after all, the foreign worker will probably spend the money he earns in the same country as he works, and thus contributes to general welfare of the economy.

This of course, results in more competition for jobs. Which is, of course, negative to those who "lose out". But, more people means more jobs, it is an overall positive thing, still.

If they are jobless, and have to resort to government aid, it should be taken into consideration that this aid is given in such a way to give incentive to become employed again.

It is for these reasons, even Bush was supporting a general amnesty- after all, the only issue is that they are technically breaking the law.

I have 7 yr old twins & I'm ready to have another one. My b/f & I live together & the relationship is very solid. We have had 2 pregnancy scares over the past 3 months & we've talked alot about the possibility of more kids(my twins are not his). We got excited about the possibility of having a baby so I know if it happened, it'll be a good thing. I then feel guilty after my period starts, when I tell him that I want to have a baby. He would like to wait a few years if possible-& I don't entirely disagree but how do I tell him I want to have another baby before I'm 30(I'm 28, he's 27)& I don't want to start over in my 30s? I know I have two years left but I also don't want the age gap between my twins & any other kids to be bigger than it already will be. Also, my bio-clock is ticking--tick- tock, tick-tock. Any longer & I'm not sure I even want to start over again. Idealistically, I want to wait til we're married but the itch is now & I would like to scratch it. What to do? Help!!
