I don't mean to say that if the urge it's strong then we will opt for sexual promiscuity. What I want to know is, is it possible for someone to totally have no release when he has sexual urge? Is it possible for a man NOT to masturbate if he can't have a healthy sexual life? Where does he channel it?

The answer is largely yes, and a little bit no.
Suppressing sexual urges is for the most part healthy, as these urges can lead a person into acts that are at risk for contracting sexually transmitted diseases.
Among these diseases are those that can make life uncofmortable, be embarassing, cause cancer, and even kill you within 10-15 years. This speaks nothing of the vast psychological hurt and damage that can be caused from unhealthy sexual relationships. Sex is very a very dangerous thing that should be taken seriously.
The risks associated with permiscuous sexual behavior FAR outweigh the minor psychological and physiological benifits to an active sexual life.
That is not to say that sex can't improve your health. In the right circumstances, with a partner you trust and care for deeply, sex can be rewarding in many ways.
Sex is one of the highest Calories Burnt/Minute exercises an individual can be involved in. Regular sexual release has also been shown to increase performance on tests both mental and physical, reduce signs of depression, and decrease scores on stress tests.
Be careful with sex. And if you are sexually active, use the proper protection. Birth control pills do NOT protect against Sexually Transmitted Infections. Condoms should be used whenever you are unsure of a partner's sexual history, and are a good measure of protection against unwanted pregnancy and infection WHEN USED PROPERLY. Sex between an adult and a minor is never healthy, and never acceptable.
If you are sexually active, or have been in the past and you do not or have not used protection even once, you should make an appointment with your physician to have blood tests run screening you for STI's (STD's). And you should use safer practices in the future. Always be honest and open with your physician about your sexual practices.

Get your mind off of yourself by doing things for others. You can do something nice for family members, friends, and even acquaintances. If you don't know of anything that people are needing, make something nice like a crocheted or knitted item, spend time with the elderly, or invite a few people over and give them a show displaying your talent. You can also take up a new hobby or learn a useful skill like car maintenance. You should also find time to meditate on accounts in the bible that shows how god feels about those who value his standards of morality like Shulamite maiden, Joseph, and Isaac, as well as those who disregarded them like some in the Corinthian congregation, apostate Jerusalem, and certain Israelites who committed fornication with Moabite and Midianite women before entering the promised land.

i dont think suppressing sexual urge is good for you..you end up with all this pent up stuff because sex is great for stress relieving. Even if you arent having sex, masturbation is ok, no matter what anyone tells you. Suppressing anything isnt healthy.

Your physical health would not suffer, but your mental health would eventually.
That's why God encourages us all to marry and have families, this is human nature. It's in the Bible and Quran.

it is good for your health when one figures in STD's and stress from worrying about pregnancy and parents and as such. The fact of the matter is that i can assure you that it is not going to kill you! it mite be healthier in the long run when instead of focusing on sex you are focusing on more important things....despite what the media and others try to tell us sex is really insignificant.
