Do i or how do i? Yes if i am writing a long letter to somebody I will use Microsoft word to type up the letter in case I have to take breaks for a few minutes because of the kids. Then I copy and paste it into the e-mail. I find it easier to keep word open when I am emailing somebody because a few times i have lost my email due to the fact that I had to be away from the computer for awhile and time had expired being logged in to hot mail.

i know what you mean. you can do it with the ctrl+z and ctrl+v only. somehow, the right click on the mouse does not work in the email box. the 'paste' instruction is never on the list, when u r trying it in the email page.
