I always thought it was better to drink it with your meal since it will fill you up rather than eating more, but just recently someone told me it was better to eat and then drink afterwards.

I have been excercising (30-60 minutes of cardio & 30 mintues of toning) everyday to every other day for the last 6 months. I eat healthy and not in excess and drink lots of water. I'm 23 years old and had my daughter 8 months ago. I am 5'5 and 145lbs. (I was originally 125 before becoming pregnant) I can't seem to drop one pound! What am I doing wrong and does anyone know what I can do to loose any of my baby weight?

I got called back by the "art instruction school" where you do all the work at home and send it back to them. I think i want to try it, but i dont know if its worth it.

I'm going to a community college next semester, but i was thinking this would be a good thing to also have since i'm going to be majoring in art anyway.
Its also not that expensive and thats one of the reasons it appealed to me. Does anybody know whether its even worth the time and money either way?

I have this ex-boyfriend who I still love but not sure that I can be with him again. I thought he was the man I was going to marry we had been together for 8 years when he decided to just stop talking to me when I went away to Medical school. He broke my heart. Not to mention almost helped me fail out because the only thing that I could do was cry. At first I wanted nothing more than for him to talk to me and tell me he still loved me but he wouldn't even take my calls. Then I went home on a break and we sort of got back together but the more I thought about the more I realized that I didn't know if I could ever trust him again or forgive him. I know that at the time when he stopped talking to me he was heavy into vicodine and has since gotten treatment but he is going to be a nurse and it scares me.It was that easy for him to close the door on me then I need his support. What if he did it to me again once we were married? Should I just forget him or should I give him my heart?

I'm catching up with CSI Miami (reruns on A&E) and they kill Speedle off at the beginning of the 3rd season. Anyone out there remember why they picked Speed to exit the show? Did he want to leave? There must have been press at the time. I'm disappointed because he was my favorite CSI on that show...the only one that was "real" Maybe he wanted off to go on to bigger and better things. Is this where they bring in BoaVista to replace him?

I am trying to cram med pre-reqs, studying for the MCAT, and hospital volunteer experience into one year while working fulltime as a server administrator for a somewhat large software company. My B.S. is in Comp Sci... so I have to play catch up in Bio and Chem. I hear so much about pre-med students preparing for the MCAT full-time (no job- just studying, studying, studying), I am worried I will not be able to sufficiently prepare for the MCAT to do well by the end of next summer. Am I aiming too soon to take it?

I would pray and find out what to do- a friend said they would go out and get an ice cream-but for 32 minutes-because they already asked Jesus in their heart to deliver from sins and become their friend to help them-
this person said pray and talk to Jesus and listen to his answers and then call their loved ones.
why the difference in half a minute to buy and ice cream-can we have too much time-we are not promised our next heart beat
