Iread page 55 in the instruction book, Menu only gives me my account information.

You should be able to change it in tools, if not and it is something like the Motorola Camera Phone where there are buttons on the sides, try pressing them until it says loud or soft.

change the profile in the menu to normal that such fix it if not try the volume keys on the side of the phone good luck
