It depends. I have been dating a Itailian guy now for over a year and he is hot and independant and he is VERY PASSIONIATE....however. There are mommionies out there and they suck. Live with there mom until they meet a girl so they can take care of them. You have to watch for temper because Itailians are very passionate and they can hate you with the same passion they love you with and that is a hard combo. A good itailian man is one with a passion for family, love and life. Independant and willing to support or help support his family. My man is the most wonderful husband that you could ask for. My friends are jealous and he is a great lover too! I have the whole package

I Love Them! Some think they are arrogant, but that is not necessarily the Italian part of a man. True good Italian men are just confident and actually make very good friends and lovers. If they have any true Italian back ground they have been raised on alot of respect for the most part. However they do have traditional back grounds. I Love my Italian more and more everyday. By the way they are excellent cooks, I am spoiled.

I think they're lovely to look at, but a lot of them seem to be very chauvenistic in attitude- they've been raised to believe that a woman is there to basically act as their servant. (I'm not saying all Italian men, just some I've met...) I don't mean Italian-American men, wither, just the ones who are actually from Italy. But they are lovely, with that olive skin and curly dark hair, and gorgeous eyes. (Sometimes their noses are a little huge, but whatever...)

Why is this in the "Skin & Body" catagory? I was going to say Italian guys that I have met are nice, though sometimes a bit on the flirty side but that is not all bad.

Having spent three months studying abroad in Italy, I can say for the most part they're very nice, but some of them can be very grope-y, especially in the discotheques and such.
