Can someone tell me if this is a Fax Modem or not? 'SoftV90 Voice Speakerphone Modem'?

I'm trying to send a fax using Win XP Fax and trying to see if my modem can do it.

Its software -- not hardware. No Fax Capabilities.

Yes it is. Do you have a telephone line connected to the computer.
