The hedge in their back yard has grown to nearly 10 feet tall and it is blocking our view through all the yards down the street. Couldn't that be considered an eyesore? If I am able to sue them, what kind of damages could I ask for? We do have some wire fencing up near their hedge. Only honest answers please. Thanks.

My fiance and I are going on a trip and we both smoke, the car is new and we havent smoked in it yet and we dont want to stink it up but in 15 hours of driving not smoking wont happen. Does anyone have some good methods to keep the smell out? We dont use ashtrays and were going to put a dryer sheet in the cabin air filter. We thought of that ionization thing that plugs into your cig. lighter. Need some more surefire ways to fight it. Please dont say dont smoke, my choice. Thanks in advance to all the smokers!

I have this friend that I think may do cocaine and his eyes are always red and he always talks about doing lines in the bathroom and I know most coke addicts do lines in the bathroom. I'm a highschool student who obviously cant bring my dog to school. This usually last 6-8 hours (school+after school stuff) and the dog is alone at home. When I do go home I try to spend as much time as I can. I walk my dog for usually two 10-minute session. I cuddle (hehe) with it for ~20 minutes sometimes. The dog is overly excited when I come home. He licks me so much. He doesn't wreck the place so I don't think he has lonely disorder or whatever it is. He lives in his own room as not to go into the main parts of the house. I put the heat and clothing on for him as not to get cold (winter is approaching) at night. I just don't know if I (or my family) give him enough attention. My brother brings him over to his gf house during the weekend so that's constant attention right there. I'm just worried I'm not taking care of it adequately. What's you're opinion? thanks.

I have been doing some research online to fly from Chicago to Austin over New Years and most of the prices are about the same. With the exception of United, that is, which for some reason is hundreds of dollars more. Does anyone know of a good place to find the best deals on airfare? Are there any, or are all of the prices going to be about the same (~ $300/round trip)

Why is childbirth so painful - why didn't we evolve to have a more pain free childbirth as you'd think that women who'd already experienced painfree childbirth would be more likely to have more children and vice versa.
