He always jokes about it, but I can never know for sure His eyes are always really oopen too..I don't know......He's also really really skinny like 5"10 115lbs. What do you think...

Sounds likely he is. A regular user will lose weight, have his septum ruined (soft tissue between nostrils) or even blown out, pupils constrict and eyes glisten, sniffs a lot, spends a lot of money on coke, personality changes and his priority becomes the drug. Lies continually and eventually becomes distrusting and paranoid of everything and everyone.

this is what kicks my butt about this question " i know most
coke addicts do lines in the bathroom" they will do it anywhere that is convenient at the time, if this person has mood swings, not reliable at times, is deeply depressed at times, is secretive, doesn't eat, don't care attitude, the list could go on.
any type of cocaine addiction is very powerful to that person,
and there is little that you can do. first and foremost, never allow yourself to be caught in the coke trap. you will love it more than anything on this earth and hate anything and everything that will not allow you to have it. if you feel that this person is addicted to cocaine maybe you need to make new Friends and keep yourself as far away from this hateful drug.

I'm inclined to go along with the other's answering here.. but I should also add there is nothing you can do about his cocaine use.. Just care about him, and don't trust him to be honest with you, because if he's truly an addict he's not in control of his life..

You could send an anonymous letter to your school counselor and tell them you're concerned, but really that will just lead to your friend droping out of school.. when he's confronted..

So just be his friend, and don't join him in hell..

Umm, because he always talks about doing lines in the bathroom, maybe?

Does he never have money for anything, but works fulltime--that's a big ol' red flag, too.

Does he also talk alot? His appearance is unkempt? Is seldom hungry? If so, I think your friend is a "crackhead" - talk to him about treatment - you'll soon know if he is, because he'll have every excuse in the book not to get treatment. Don't leave him alone in your room or your home, because either drug, makes your friend a "thief"- light fingered, he'll borrow money to begin with and you'll never get paid back - trust me, it happened to me.

sounds like he probably does, but also if he is continually "sniffing", like he has a runny nose. They don't like to blow their nose because the coke makes it run but blowing into a tissue "wastes" the coke. Another thing is that if he does it alot, he will get nosebleeds often.
