Never. This country was founded on the principle of freedom of religion. Once you put restrictions on religion, anarchy breaks out. Just look at all the problems that has resulted since the Ten Commandments and prayer was taken out of schools. Teen pregnancy is way up, abortions are becoming routine, school violence keeps getting worse, test scores keep going down. Just look at the increase in teen suicide. If the schools keep teaching the kids there's no God, and keep teaching evolution, why wouldn't suicide and murder in schools increase. We're telling these kids they come from monkey's, and get upset when they act like it.
Want to destroy a country? Restrict the people's freedom of religion until they turn their backs on God. God will only give His Blessings when the people ask.

Never. And that includes people who chose not to have , or believe in a religion. There should never be restrictions of any kind like that on a person or a people for any reason at all. Freedom of religion or non religion .. is a basic freedom of our Country. Good Luck ! :)

When it becomes offensive to the majority. Whether you worship GOD or Cement, its your belief and yours only. Religion is usually something that you keep to and within yourself. Unfortunately people use religion as a tool for public and political fire when necessary. Normally the humble and peaceful religions of the world all have a median cause.
In essence we all feel the need to restrict ignorant speech, or what we may feel is ignorant. We restrict it when it becomes offensive to others, so that WAR does not become and issue. Same thing with RELIGION.

i believe it is necessary to restrict the freedom of religion when those religious beliefs infringe on the physical rights of others. i believe that the separation of church and state is a good thing, because both are harmed when they are bound together. good luck on your paper and hope i helped ya out!

Personally, I believe its right to restrict freedom of religion ONLY when it voilates the rights of another or causes harm to others or the social network. If you believe in praising human feet, go for it! But if your religion involves making, say, meth labs, thats not ok. You're taking the risk of injuring others. If your religion dictates that it is wrong to wear skirts, you can make that choice, but you can not force it on others, like strangers on the street, nor harm them for not doing so.

Never. No one should be restricted from choosing what religion to participate in. However, certain religions have rituals and ceremonies that must be restricted since it infringes on the life and/or well-being of others. For example, Satanists shouldn't be allowed to practice human sacrifice, though they should be allowed to be Satanists.

Whenever religions start killing people or being terrorists. And, as said, whenever it starts to infringe on others' freedom of religion.

Well, when do *you* believe it is?
I'd say when it starts causing physical harm and/or personal property damage. But I'm a dirty Libertarian, and that's pretty much the only place we draw the line on anything.
