ive been playing guitar for bout 2 years now. i want to make my playing sessions longer but my fingers hurt after about an hour of playing, is there something i am not doing right? advice/suggestions pls

on a bad note? Most of the time, when some one wants out of a relationship they wait for a bad situation to occur before ending it. Why wait for that? If they know it is not going to work, just tell them. The other may still get upset, but it doesn't really have to be on bad terms. Or am I just nutts for believing this way? So many question I know........

For example my wifes cat sits on her lap watching tv for hours, when my wife is annoyed by some event the cat is clearly annoyed also! When my wife is amused and laughs at some thing on the tv the cat takes this as a signal to bounce up and down like a pogo stick!!
It certainly cant be following the programme can it??
Is it just mentally deranged? or are other pets like this?

I limit myself to one light cigarette a day. I can go a couple of days without smoking and I think I can go even more days without doing it since I do not feel any withdrawal.

Over the past 2 weeks, I smoked probably just half a pack.

I do it because it gives me a buzz to start the day off since I have classes early in the morning. Caffeine has no affect on me so I turn to cigarettes.

What are the signs that you are addicted?

I am facing a 4 yrs old kid who will easily get angry when she was tried but still want to play and refuse to sleep. sometime she will angry for nothing. When she angry for nothing, most of the time I would try to talk to her and let her focus on other thing and later she will agree to sleep.
But someone told me i should punish her instead of doing all the talking thing. Beat her, she will know that it is not right to angry for nothing.

What do u think?

My friend says she needs help. I don't understand the situation seeing as I know very little about laptops.

But apparently it has something to do with Transformers, and wanting to charge her laptop while it's still one.

She says it's plugged in, and yet it doesnt' charge. Any suggestions? =/

I was petsitting my mother in law's birds while she's on a cruise, and her canary died. I emailed her to let her know about it (couldn't call because she's on a ship) and she hasn't responded yet. Would it be nice for me to clean and break down the cage before she gets home so she doesn't have to do it? Would you like someone to do this for you? or would you prefer to handle it yourself if this happened to you?
