I am a postaman and i walk my round on average 3 and a half hours per day, am i getting enough excercise? i dont eat well but i am not fat! does this matter if you get that much walking done per day?

i got really angry 1 evening bcaz he wouldn't talk to me so i said i'm sooo mad at u and that i wouldn't talk to him 4 the rest of our natural lives. he asked y i was so short tempered and said he was watching a movie. then he said good bye. he won't answer my e-mail or his phone. i'm sooooooo sorry i lost it and i don't want to just forget about him. he become apart of me.

How do I stand, legally.
I was cold-called at home, by a British Gas rep, who promised great savings. I changed my supplier
After checking out all the promises, it was going to cost me more to be with BG than my previous supplier. I cancelled BG and went back to my other supplier. I was with BG for 41 days, apparently (I am sure it ws less, but probably time taken to make the changeover pushed it up to 41)
BG are charging me for energy used (fair enough), but are also adding a £20 disconnection charge on top. Since this was not mentioned by their doorstep representative, can I refuse to pay this charge?

We have twenty years of VHS recordings of the children, holidays and other family celebrations. Now that VHS is a dying media format, we are at last thinking of getting a DVD player/recorder.
Is it simply a case of plugging-in our video player into our proposed DVD recorder/player, or is it more complicated than that? (for info, I live in the UK)

Yo - i have an IPOD 40 GB 4th gen. actually i have had three and they have all failed but the warranty only lasts for 1 year from the purchase of the first one. Apple replaced it twice. All had failed hard drives. Gonna buy a replacement Hard drive off EBAY when i get round to it. But how come Apple gets away with this. Shouldnt they have had a product recall? I wonder how many IPODS went wrong this way. Would never buy an IPOD again, not even a colour one as other companies make a better product and cheaper!
