Yeah, I've been wrestling with Japanese for ages (the Kanji are a real pain), I'd go with that too, save me alot of trouble.
Or Chinese maybe, I think it's officially the worlds most difficult language to learn! Plus, 1billion people + speak it, and, with the way China's economy is booming at the moment, I wouldn't be surprised if it became a very important business language some time soon.

Gaelic first. Then Arabic. I'd choose either one of them because they are the hardest for me to learn of the languages I want to learn.
