i was an international visitor
this June, i opened an checking account at chevy chass bank.
i have 600-something bucks in my account,
but i came back to my country without closing amy account,
the problem is that i may not go to the states within 3 years.
is there any way i can close my account and get my money back?

Both the guys are my friends and helped me in better way during my bad times.Both have proposed me for marriage. I am confused whom to choose because both are very caring and loving. One of my favorite scenes in Shrek 2 is Donkey getting all upset about not having his Miranda rights read to him and then Shrek says, "Donkey! You HAVE the right to remain silent! WHat you lack, is the capacity!"
Ok, so who is or was Miranda, anyway? How did these (apparently very misunderstood) rights come to be known as "Miranda"? Just curious... and avoiding finishing some paperwork... Thanks.

Well every time a immigration subject comes up about america and the mexican people you always get one canadian that tries to bs there way into saying that they wish canada would build a wall so americans wouldnt come in? Are you kidding me we hardly cost your goverment anything trust me we dont come in record numbers and as far as anything i can see Canada which i have been to many times such as Regina and winnipeg and toronto, doesnt support much of anything of american population as far as illegal immigration and if you want my personal thoughts its the indians that are costing you quite heafty money. Why would i want to move where people have to pay high taxi money or get on a bus that comes every 15 minutes because the majority of that population specially that **** hole Regina cant afford to drive. So far I've dated about 7 or 8 women this year and all relationships have ended within a month. I dont know what the problem could be. Everything seems to be working out great then they either break it off or just stop talking all together. Any ideas?

I have a felony record. And have an attorney working on getting my record expunged (sealed) the process is long and costly however, it has to be done. The crime was something I was accused of but not found guilty for. I never served jail time and have no prior problems.

The problem now is this. I am a single mom who lost my house and every ounce of savings due to this problem.

Even thought I was not found guilty I still have a record and this is why I hired an attorney to seal it. It has made getting hired by anyone impossible.

Everyone does background checks now and even with my clean work history and great references etc. I can't seem to get hired.

I live in Tampa Florida and would love to get my life back.

Does anyone know of any companies who would give my situation consideration and hire me?

My roommate recently completed some freelance audio work for a local businessman. They had an oral agreement as to the hourly rate of payment. The work was done during my roommates freetime, because he is also a student. After completion, he brought his log of hours worked with the completed project to his employer. The employer, after accepting the work, decided he will not pay the agreed upon wage. Instead, he is offering much less. The amounts involved are a little under $1,000 so bringing legal action is not of interest. Has the employer done any kind of legal wrong? Is there anything my roommate can do to receive something close to the original rate, and still retain a professional reference?

i can't afford the price that some shelters charge.but i would love to get a dog as a companion. i have a vet discount card due to my dog i had from before that died of old age which is cheaper than what the shelters charge. so i tried to get one that was going to be put down. i thought i could save his life and be able to get his shots,chip ,food etc which would be cheaper than the $250. they charge. i was told no if i could not pay the dog will die and it was put down. i thinks thats a form of animal cruelty to an extent.do you?
