Yes. because there is someone out there for everyone... Though most decisions are made out of our own choices...I mean you can be perfectly beautiful and choose to be single all your life or maybe take a different vocation...
Disabillity is no measure to say that he can't find love. Everybody will... we love in different ways we know and experience love in so many ways we can ever imagine...

Being in a wheelchair doesn't mean they are incapable of being love or having feelings

Is this a real question? Of course they will....it's hard though for so many in society today though to accept someones handicaps and imperfections. It takes time and alot of diappointments but in this world there is someone who will love you just the way you are

sure i do . some of us love people for who they are .it don't matter if they are in a wheelchair .
