Say that it's not a relationship, not even really dating. Except he tells you "to call him whenever you want to talk about emotions." Last time I spoke to him was almost a week ago, and it ended with "I will talk to you later okay." We had made out, talked emotional stuff, and then it's weird. I don't know, a lot of emotional talk, which got to my head...it's a confusing situation.

I mean, I guess I'm not supposed to expect it, but seriously...this guy keeps asking me about my emotions...or did for the past couple of weeks. I dont' know what's going on.

In your case it doesn't matter cause the guy hasn't even stepped forward and labeled you as his girlfriend. Since the two of you talk so much about emotions, why don't you talk about the two of yous emotions for each other. And no it's not obessessive to hang out with each other every week, that's normal for two people that like each other.

I don't think there's a rule book about this.
Every couple is different. If you want to talk to him, call him. He could not be calling because he's not a phone talker, he's got a lot going on, he lost your number, or several other reasons.

call him, and ask him if he still likes you?
then tell him he must call you every day at x time, or else you will start fooling around with other guys.
remind him that sexual favours will result from pandering.
really though, if he doesn't call it means other things are occupying his time.. maybe he's just busy.
talking to you just isn't as important as otherthings or commitments or obligations.
