when a girl or a guy reach to the level of understand between right and wrong. does God really care how old this person is? or what is the age of this person?

He cares about how old you are as a Soul. There are children whose eyes will tell you that they carry deeper inner wisdom than many adults you would meet. And there are old people whose eyes are empty. Eyes are the window into the Soul. Yes!
Coz in our religion, ISLAM,
There are cases when a person is Young in his 18- 20s or 30s, & he involves himself more in religious prayers, he gets more benefits for heavens.
I mean, it is the Young age when a man or a woman is lost in worldly desires to ful extent..
If he wants, he can have sex wherevere with any other girl...
Or do what ever he wants.
But if he controls his self/herself, it is much more appreciation for the person from God(Allah) ....
Like wise, the young can just throught out his old parents out of his house & live a good easy life with his family.
But if he takes care of his parents & obey his parents, he will be rewarded for that in extra..
where as when a person gets old,
he it is his choice if he wants to prayer standing or sitting or even laying n bed...
But Standing position is preferable..where there is to stand.
(u might have seen on TV. that muslims prayer while standing, & then Bow & the put their forehead on ground)
Also If a person is grown up but is mentally of 3 or 4 years of age, I mean mentally ill, his small sins are not considered...
like stealling toys or some money... coz he does not know he is wrong...
Our God(ALLAH) is the most gracious & mercifull...
He favours us in different ways....
AS He said that Humans are the most best creature among entire creations of universe....
So he cares for us..

Accountability is where you are mentally, do you understand the difference between right and wrong, do you understand the gospel message? Some 30 year olds have the mind of a 10 year old.

not sure what you are asking... if it is about the age of accoutability then that is known only to God...and it varies with the individuals... if you are, round about, asking about sex... he dose indeed care.... if you are asking about not haveing to obay your parents... God cares about that as well...Very simply, God cares about you no matter what your age.
