A very good co-worker has been called up for service in Iraq. I have received his address, and would very much like to send a 'care package' to him - what things do you think would be best - I'd like to send him some things that will be truly useful and needed, aside from cookies and whatnot. For the past 24 hours I've felt like I've been burning up, causing me to take my temperature. I thought it would be higher than 98.6 degrees, but to my surprise it was 3 degrees lower. Because I have a bad headache and felt ill, I went to bed early last night hoping to feel better, only to realize that my temperature is still lower than normal. Should I be concerned at this point?

From 1 to 10, I would rate my self-esteem a 4.
Lets say it's hard for me letting go of someone I love, but hurts my feelings or afraid of getting a new job and shy of public speaking. Would you call that having a low self-esteem? If so, how can I make myself feels better about myself?

I met this girl over the internet and I need to know that she is who she says she is and she is not just after my ,money or some
scam artist. How do I do this? SHould I ask to see her i.d./
license and prove that she is who she says she is- with
respect to her job also?? OR
would that be too offensive?

I'd like to know why some of the people on these board act disrespectuflly by posing ignorant questions that have nothing to do with religion and spirituality? Are people not taught any respect as children or do they have no lives and lack attention, so they seek it here by making themselves into "message board rejects?"

The sad thing is that if these people would ever find a moral belief system to adhere to, they wouldn't need to act this way and they might fit in instead of having to show out to get attention. It's sad.

My ex-boyfriend and I broke up 5 months ago. He had cheated on me a few months before and we tried to work through it. I was the one to call off the relationship after a year and a half. Since then, he has had another relationship and that one has broken off too. He is constantly calling me, sending emails and coming by the house. I have told him to stop and to leave me alone. I don't mind being friends but it would seem that he will never see it that way. And I am not in another relationship or really ready to start one again. How do I get him to listen and leave me alone?

When he was a newborn he slept longer. He's been keeping us up at night ever since. He does not have his days and nights mixed up. He still gets up between 2-4 times a night. Occationally it will only be once. The only thing that will get him to settle is to nurse him. He's got a mouth full of teeth and I"m tired of being bit. He WILL not take a bottle at night, we have tried and tried for months. He will not take a soother, he never has. He will be rocked but then we are just getting up another time for that. He also will wake up a little later to be nursed. He eats a big snack before bed. I'm fresh outta ideas! Anybody?!?!?

I overheard my 17 year old son and his sister arguing yesterday after he woke her up in the middle of the day. 13 year old girls shouldn't be sleeping in the middle of the day unless they are on drugs right? And she kept yelling about some guy called "Dirty Sanchez." Sounds like a Mexican drug dealer's name to me. I told them to stay away from Mexican gang memebers.
