Best way I have found for this is if they ask for money at all then well guess what, they scamming. Just go with the flow. You will eventually find out if they are legit for a relationship.

Anyone I met online first, I always met in a public place for the first face to face meeting. Always take your own car or transportation. Maybe even have a friend there, just not technically with you so they can keep an eye on you.

Also I kept notes of what the person said and studied them before the meeting. I would purposely ask questions i already had asked to see if I get the same answer. If you can get a DL number you can run them thru public data.com I helped a friend catch a interent boyfriend in a lie. He said he had never been married and public data said he had been married and divorced 3 times in 5 years.

First of all, have you dated her enough?
Maybe you have just met her once and you're totally atracted to her, and can't believe it's true.
You shouldn't have started this date if you can't believe from the first.
If you are interested, date her as much as you like. Don't lead to the next step, just play cool and ask her questions. Remember her ad on the site, and if she's saying something different from what's written, more than 3 times, maybe she's not telling the truth. Finally, you can ask her "what other things have you told me that are not true?"

You could always hire a private investigator. Do you think she is lying to you?? You have every right to ask her anything you want. Its your life--
